I eat yogurt everyday with lunch and sometimes as a snack. It's also a staple ingredient in my smoothies!

Yogurt is the perfect pre-workout snack for me. I eat it about 2x a week and prefer to eat it before I go for my swim. It doesn't sit heavy in my stomach but gives me energy.

i eat yogurt everyday. and i usually have 3 or 4 of them! i love how i can throw in cereal, granola, fruit and have many different combos and not get bored!

Yogurt, how do I love thee? I have yogurt virtually every day--it's a great post-workout snack as well as a staple for lunch. Love me some yogurt!

I eat yogurt at least 3-4 times a week. Love the Fiber One yogurt (I need lots of fiber each day) or the Chobani Greek Yogurt.

I eat yogurt about 4 times a week! I LOVE yogurt, it's sometimes my dessert, sometimes I use plain yogurt instead of sour cream on tacos or chili. And I love using yogurt as a fat-replacer in baking!

I usually eat plain greek yogurt daily but since I have been trying to follow paleo for the athlete, I am eating it less and less but Lola and Hubby eat it daily! It's Lola's fav snack

I usually go through spurts of yogurt eating. I'm not the biggest fan of the texture so usually I have to take a break from it for a few months. I do love it in smoothies though.
